Participation in Follow The Women is open to all.  Currently we have a presence in 40 countries and each one has an administrator who would be the main contact point for that country.  Click here to find your local administrator. 

If you are not located in one of these 40 countries you are still very welcome to join.  If you participate in Follow the Women and you are the only woman from your country, you will most likely be grouped with another nearby country and participate through that team’s country’s coordinator.  

Men are welcome to join and participate in Follow the Women as medics, media or mechanics.
