At the end of the 2004 bike ride a conference was held in Jordan, which was attended by Princess Basma Bint Talal of Jordan. The main focus of the conference were workshops for future actions. Women joined a group that was of specific interest to them and then they worked on action plans for the projects they came up with.

Some of the above workshops resulted in further projects and was a great way to make international links, for the future.
